I stayed at Edificio Charles 102 for a few days and used it as a base to explore the town. The location was amazing, with everything within a few minutes walk. The apartment was beautiful and clean, with lots of facilities. The bathroom was huge and very comfortable. The cleaning staff was kind and the place felt freshly renewed. The housekeeping staff were helpful and provided plenty of fresh towels. it was a lovely time for us there.

Perfectly located, newly renovated apartment with full-size oven and fridge. Impeccably maintained, clean and new with great shower and water pressure. Super easy check-in with code sent by property manager. Close to waterfront, shopping, sites, and grocery store in the city center. Quiet and close to restaurants, shops, and marina. Plenty of amenities provided, including toiletries, tea, coffee, and bottled water. Helpful housekeeping staff and fresh towels provided during our 11-night stay.

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with beautiful artwork and cozy furnishings. The general areas were easy to navigate and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas for older guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility issues.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of helping with luggage or guiding us to different areas of the hotel.

We loved the perfect location in Old Town, with easy walking distance to a parking garage. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed for cooking and enjoying our meals. The balcony provided a beautiful view and we woke up to the delightful sounds of an accordion player. The host was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The central location meant we were steps away from the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. this apartment was everything we needed and more.

The bed was very firm, which may not be suitable for those who prefer a softer bed. The central location meant some noise at night and the chiming of a nearby clock in the morning, although it didn't bother us too much.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located apartment with a lovely balcony. The room was clean and had a large bath, perfect for relaxation. Despite being in a busy area, the windows were well insulated, making it peaceful and quiet. The friendly staff, Jose and Cecilia, made me feel welcome. The apartment had good wifi signal and convenient amenities like plug adapters. I also appreciated the availability of hand sanitizers and the well-lit common areas.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the historical center, close to restaurants, shops, and the marina. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping staff were always available and very helpful.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

The staff were so helpful, there was free WiFi , and the balcony was perfect for people-watching. And guess what? They even have a terrace! How fancy!

Oh, just the fact that I couldn't sleep a wink because of the delightful street noise. Who needs sleep anyway?

The staff was friendly and responsive, and they even allowed us to drop off our bags early. The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, from toiletries to tea and coffee. It was very quiet and I was able to get some work done. it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.
